The terms that apply to this website and to the information published on it.

1. About these terms
This website is published by the Tour Operators Association of India (“TOAI”) for the National Tourism Summit 2027 (“NTS’27”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information on this site
We publish what we can stand behind. Where a detail is not yet confirmed — the exact dates, the venue, delegate fees, the programme, sponsor packages — the site says so rather than filling the gap.
Details of an event of this kind change as it is built. Everything here is published in good faith and may be revised. The binding version of any arrangement will always be the written confirmation the secretariat sends you directly.
3. Nothing here is an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer of a place, a contract, or a price. The interest form records an expression of interest. It does not register you, reserve a place, or create any obligation on either side.
Registration for NTS’27 has not opened. When it does, this site will say so plainly and the process will be set out here.
4. What you send us
When you submit the interest form you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are entitled to give them to us. Please do not send us confidential information or anyone else’s personal data through the form.

5. Intellectual property
The text, design, illustration and code of this site belong to TOAI or are used with permission. You may read it, print it and share links to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, or present its design as your own, without written permission.
The names “National Tourism Summit”, “NTS’27”, “Tour Operators Association of India” and “TOAI”, and the Summit’s marks, belong to TOAI. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.
6. Photographs
Where photographs of people appear, they do so with consent, and credits are given. If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their handling of your data.
8. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise either. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TOAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
